I am trying so hard to get caught up on the blog…but I am woefully behind! I have tons of sessions from this fall left to share with you, and this sweet boy’s is one of them! Baby K and his parents drove up to the studio from Somerville for his newborn session. I distinctly remember how laid back our session was. This little guy’s mom is a nurse like me so we had a great time chatting about our shared experiences going through nursing school and working inpatient.
Because they had a little bit longer of a drive than my clients on the North Shore, Mr. K started off his session wide awake. Not a problem! I wrapped him up so he was snug as a bug, captured some adorable “awake shots,” and then after a quick meal he was out like a light. One of my favorite setups that we did included a special stuffed bunny – a gift from K’s late grandmother. It’s a treasured keepsake for his family and I’m so glad we were able to incorporate it into his photos.
