Sunset Beach Maternity Session

This sunset beach maternity session was extra special for several different reasons. Mom-to-be and I met several years ago working together at a local medical practice. She moved down to the South Shore a couple of years ago so we don’t see each other very often, so I was thrilled when she reached out to me to document her pregnancy with a maternity session. She and her husband drove all the way from Plymouth for their session!

We seriously lucked out with some gorgeous weather that night. The lighting was perfect. We also had several visits from seagulls which I had to include in some of the images. At one point one of them was right behind us just waddling along the shoreline!

I am super excited to meet their baby boy in just a few short weeks.

The beach is the perfect location for planning a maternity session. These sessions are ideally scheduled between 30-35 weeks in your pregnancy. Wardrobe is provided – I have a large selection of maternity gowns in a variety of colors and styles to make styling your session one less thing to worry about.
